Dr. VicLouis Arreola, III is the Senior Pastor of the All Nations Seventh-day Adventist Church of Elk Grove. He has a rich background of service as a pastor, conference evangelist, church builder, radio speaker, lecturer, and Christian counselor.

For 30 years, Dr. Arreola has trained lay pastors in the United States and abroad. He has also served as the conference coordinator for the Asian Pacific Ministries, and has been a member of the North American Division Pastoral Advisory since 1999.

Dr. Arreola joined the Northern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists in May 2005 and presently serves in the Pacific Union Conference on the Asian Pacific Coordinating Committee and the NAD Asian Pacific Ministries Advisory. He is also the director of the Asian Pacific Institute of Christian Ministries, a pilot project of the NCC and the PUC.

Dr. Arreola has earned undergraduate and advanced degrees and has attended the Mountain View College, Adventist University of the Philippines, the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary, La Salle University, and the Evangelical Theological Seminary.

He and his wife, Imelda Cid-Arreola, a former university professor, have one son, VicLouis "Vil"" Arreola V. He is a graduate of Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska, and did graduate Studies at the University of Nebraska. Vil is currently serving as Youth Pastor of the Carmichael Seventh-day Adventist Church.
